With offices in the vibrant cities of New York and New Orleans, we’re at the heart of legal innovation.

About the Role

Litify is building an AI Call Intelligence suite that turns everyday client and case conversations into structured, usable work product — and, increasingly, AI voice agents that can hold those conversations themselves. This Senior Product Manager will own that product line end to end: how calls are captured, transcribed, and summarized; how insight lands in the workflows our clients already run; and how inbound and outbound voice agents and the agentic workflows behind them take real work off our clients’ plates. The role carries full ownership of client engagement, market discovery, backlog health, and release execution.

Profile Summary

We’re looking for a Senior PM with 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years building or managing AI-powered products. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong operational discipline, thrives in cross-functional settings, and can confidently engage with clients, partners, and internal teams to drive AI initiatives from concept through launch. Experience with voice, conversational, or agentic AI is a strong plus, as is a background in legal or legal tech.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle for Litify’s AI Call Intelligence products.
  • Set the roadmap for call capture, transcription, and AI-generated summaries, balancing accuracy, speed, and cost.
  • Define how conversational insight lands in the platform — case records, intake qualification, follow-up tasks, and other CRM activity.
  • Ship AI voice agents for inbound and outbound use cases.
  • Own the agentic workflows those calls trigger, along with the guardrails and evaluation standards for agent behavior.
  • Build the QA and coaching experience: call scoring, topic detection, signals libraries, and manager review tooling.
  • Lead client discovery and beta programs, and champion the voice of the customer with client-facing teams.
  • Run market and competitive research to inform new opportunities and commercialization strategy.
  • Translate strategy into a prioritized backlog and partner with engineering, design, data science, and GTM to ship it.
  • Drive adoption and measure success through data-driven insights.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years in product management within B2B SaaS or workflow automation platforms.
  • 2+ years managing AI, ML, or data-intensive products.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional delivery and working directly with clients or external partners.
  • Experience shipping products built on unstructured or probabilistic data, including setting quality bars and designing for model error.
  • Hands-on experience with conversational or agentic AI — voice or chat agents, tool-calling and orchestration, dialog design, or evaluating autonomous systems in production.
  • Experience translating business goals into technical execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational discipline and ability to handle multiple priorities in parallel.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Salesforce or Salesforce-native applications.
  • Experience with telephony, VoIP, or contact center platforms.
  • Familiarity with speech-to-text, speaker diarization, or conversation analytics tooling.
  • Experience with voice agent or conversational AI frameworks and real-time speech pipelines.
  • Background in legal or legal tech, fintech, or other complex operational domains.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, document intelligence, or data extraction workflows.

Reporting Line: Reports to Director, AI Product & Commercialization

Location: Remote or hybrid

Seniority Level: Senior IC with cross-functional leadership influence

Product Principal Product Manager at Natera

Principal Product Manager owns end-to-end product strategy and execution for complex genomic profiling software platforms, driving cross-functional alignment and roadmap delivery.

Lead Posted about 15 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Principal Product Manager

Position Summary

Natera is at the forefront of personalized genetic testing, transforming the management of disease worldwide. As we scale our life-saving diagnostics, we are fundamentally transforming how software products are conceived, built, and delivered across our clinical and genomic portfolio.

We are seeking an experienced Principal Digital Product Manager to join our Oncology Comprehensive Genomic Profiling (CGP) Product Engineering team. In this senior individual contributor role, you will serve as the product lead for our most complex platform initiatives — owning end-to-end product strategy and execution across a sophisticated system of interconnected software products.

You will act as the product backbone for our most critical “Pillar” projects. Success in this role demands mastery from three dimensions: partnership with commercial teams to define product strategy/roadmap based on market needs; deep fluency in how end users - lab operations, clinical teams, customer success teams - actually work; and close collaboration with Engineering, R&D, and PMO on product design and delivery. You will synthesize all three into product decisions that hold up end-to-end — from order ingestion through lab execution to patient reporting — ultimately delivering reliable, high-quality solutions that patient care depends on.

Crucially, while this is an individual contributor role, you will operate as a central leader — driving consensus, roadmap alignment, and product excellence through influence rather than formal authority across Engineering, R&D, Commercial, and Clinical teams. You thrive in fluid environments, adapt quickly to change, and chart a clear path forward even amid unknowns.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Vision

•  Define Long-Term Vision: Develop and execute multi-year software product roadmaps for critical business units, balancing rapid prototyping with long-term commercial stability.

•  Architect Complex Solutions: Act as a high-level Architect, translating broad business goals into detailed functional workflows. You are accountable for the cohesion and integrity of the final end-to-end solution.

•  Founder’s Mindset: Champion a culture of high agency and urgency, making quick, data-driven decisions in ambiguous situations to deliver critical milestones in a fast-paced environment.

•  Cross-Functional Influence: Lead by expertise rather than authority, aligning stakeholders across R&D, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Regulatory to ensure the software roadmap meets broader business goals.

Product Excellence & Execution

•  End-to-End Ownership: Lead the full product lifecycle for complex software solutions, ensuring a seamless user journey across various system boundaries — from order ingestion through lab execution to patient reporting.

•  Technical Translation: Serve as the primary domain expert, translating complex scientific, clinical, or technical requirements into robust, scalable software specifications.

•  Operational Immersion: Passionately advocate for internal and external users by regularly shadowing operations and engaging with customers to ensure software solves real-world physical and clinical problems.

•  Systems Thinking: Maintain a “big picture” view of how software systems interact across the entire data lifecycle, understanding how upstream decisions ripple through to downstream clinical and reporting outcomes.

•  Agile Mastery: Lead with the rigor of a seasoned project manager, owning product backlogs and driving Agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.

•  AI-Native Product Development: Pioneer the use of LLMs and generative AI tools to accelerate product discovery, automate requirements synthesis, and continuously improve how we deliver value to users.

Regulatory & Quality Leadership

•  Compliance Champion: Partner with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure all products comply with relevant global standards and certifications, including FDA design controls, IEC 62304, and HIPAA.

•  Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate product risks, ensuring robust documentation and compliance without compromising development velocity.

Mentorship & Craft

•  Leveling Up the Org: Mentor and guide Senior Product Managers and cross-functional team members, instilling best practices in product management, agile development, and user-centered design.

•  Culture Building: Foster a product culture of accountability, technical rigor, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

•  Experience: 10+ years of product management experience in high-scale software or biotech environments, with a proven track record of operating at a Director-level seniority.

•  Zero-to-One Track Record: Demonstrated experience building and launching new software products from the ground up in a startup or internal incubator environment.

•  Regulated Industry Expertise: Deep experience in highly regulated environments (e.g., FDA design controls, HIPAA, IEC 62304, or ISO standards). Exposure to HealthTech, MedTech, or genomics is highly advantageous.

•  Technical Aptitude: Strong ability to understand complex technical architectures (APIs, microservices, LIMS, Data Platforms, event-driven systems) and communicate effectively with engineering and scientific teams.

•  AI-Native Fluency: Hands-on experience using LLMs and generative AI tools to accelerate product workflows, requirements generation, or operational insight.

•  Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and influence executive-level stakeholders.

•  Education: BS/MS in a relevant technical, scientific, or quantitative discipline; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

•  High Agency & Technical Initiative: You are a natural builder who thrives in fluid, fast-moving environments. Rather than waiting for requirements to be handed down, you inspect systems, audit user needs, chart a path forward amid unknowns, and drive product decisions proactively.

•  Deep Systems-Level Cognition: You bring expert-level mastery of the system from two dimensions — architectural depth and functional fluency. You can trace how minor changes in upstream services impact downstream clinical reporting, catching product failure modes that only someone who truly knows the system would anticipate.

•  Cross-Functional Leadership through Influence: You operate as a central leader without formal authority — driving consensus, alignment, and product excellence across Engineering, R&D, Commercial, and Clinical teams through technical credibility, communication, and emotional intelligence.

•  User-Centric Validation Ethos: You understand that technically correct solutions are incomplete if the final product degrades the clinical or laboratory operational experience. You rigorously validate that software delivers on its promise for real users.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.

Product Head of Cyber Insurance Programs at Tint

Leads the cyber insurance vertical by managing partnerships, operations, and product integration to scale embedded cyber insurance through security platforms.

Lead Posted about 15 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

About Tint

Tint enables SaaS platforms and marketplaces to unlock growth and improve profitability through embedded insurance. We offer plug-and-play and white-labeled integrations, equipping brands we partner with a sophisticated mix of technology infrastructure, services, and deep industry expertise. Embedded insurance can transform insurance from a product bought separately to a feature of brands consumers love and we are on a mission to make that happen.

Happy Tint customers include Turo, Deel, uShip, Guesty, Neighbor, BabyQuip, and CitizenShipper, among others.

We’ve raised $30M and are backed by world-class investors such as Y Combinator, QED, Deciens, Nyca, Plug and Play, WIN, Soma Capital, and Pioneer Fund.

About the role

Cyber is the one line of insurance where the risk is already measured continuously - just not by insurers. Security platforms scan their customers’ code, monitor their infrastructure, and certify their controls. They know more about a company’s real exposure than any PDF application ever will. And yet cyber coverage is still bought off to the side, on static forms, disconnected from the tools that actually manage the risk.

We think that’s backwards, and we’ve started proving it. Tint is being appointed by Coalition. We think that’s backwards, and we’ve started proving it. Tint is being appointed by Coalition, and we’re running a pilot with our first design partner: an AI-native vulnerability scanning platform whose customers told us, unprompted through an in-product survey with no marketing behind it, that they’d want coverage in the same place they find and fix their vulnerabilities. Those first opt-ins are waiting to be quoted now.

That’s a starting point, not a product. We’re looking for someone to own the Cyber vertical from here: prove the distribution thesis with our first brand partners, build the embedded experience with Product, manage capacity, and turn a manual pilot into a repeatable business across the security ecosystem.

Be clear-eyed about year one. It’s distribution, operations, and speed — getting a solid off-the-shelf product into the right flow at the right moment and learning fast from real submissions. We are deliberately not reinventing underwriting on day one. Year two is where it gets interesting: partner security telemetry is the foundation for underwriting cyber risk far more dynamically than a static application allows, and you’ll be the person who decides when we’re ready to build that and what it looks like.

This is a builder’s role with a live pilot, a named design partner, and capacity in hand. It is not a role for someone who wants a program handed to them.

What you will do

  • Own the Cyber vertical and its P&L. Define the strategy — target segments, partner selection, program design, growth path. Own the numbers: submissions, bind rate, attach rate, premium, and ultimately loss ratio.
  • Prove and scale embedded distribution. Take the CodeAnt pilot from manual submissions to a real embedded experience, then build the repeatable motion for the rest of the ecosystem: MSPs and MSSPs, compliance and trust platforms, cloud and developer tooling, and AI-native security players.
  • Source and close brand partnerships. Identify, pitch, and close the platforms whose customers need cyber coverage. Structure the commercial terms, including partner compensation and revenue share.
  • Own capacity relationships. Run the Coalition relationship, negotiate commission structure and authority, and bring on additional capacity partners as the program’s appetite and volume grow.
  • Build the product with Product. Partner with product and engineering to design quoting, binding, and post-purchase flows that feel native inside a security platform — not like an insurance form bolted onto a dashboard.
  • Run the program and iterate. Monitor submission quality, conversion, claims experience, and partner performance. Find what’s breaking and fix it.
  • Evolve the underwriting thesis. As volume builds, make the case for where partner security data produces better risk selection and pricing than the market standard, and lead that work with carriers.
  • Be Tint’s expert in the room. Represent Tint with carriers, brokers, security platforms, and the broader cyber market. Track how the line, the threat landscape, and regulation are moving.

You should apply if you have…

  • 8+ years in cyber insurance — underwriting, broking, program management, or the MGA/insurtech side of the market
  • Direct experience building or launching a cyber insurance program, or early-stage experience at a technology-led cyber carrier or MGA
  • A real working knowledge of cyber risk: ransomware and extortion, data breach and privacy liability, network security failure, business interruption, and social engineering or funds transfer fraud
  • Fluency in the security tooling landscape — you can hold a credible conversation with a CTO or CISO about their stack, not just about their limits and deductible
  • Experience working with carriers, MGAs, brokers, or reinsurers to secure capacity and negotiate authority and commission structures
  • A track record of sourcing and closing partnerships, not just managing existing ones
  • Demonstrated 0-to-1 experience: you’ve built something from nothing, with incomplete information and no established playbook, and you can point to what you actually did
  • Comfort owning a number and being measured on it
  • Experience in fast-moving environments — startups, MGAs, or program administrators

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sold through or partnered with MSPs, MSSPs, compliance platforms, or security software vendors
  • Worked on embedded insurance or digital distribution models
  • Experience with data-driven or security-signal-based cyber underwriting
  • Built partner-facing or API-based distribution rather than only broker-led distribution
  • Surplus lines placement experience, including filings and tax obligations
  • Certifications such as RPLU, CIC, or CPCU; security credentials such as CISSP or Security+ are a bonus

What We Value Most in a Candidate

  • Culture is Key. As a remote company, we take culture very seriously. We are looking for self-motivated candidates who can stay motivated and focused. But don’t worry, we’re still social! We work collaboratively even though we are remote and travel to team and company retreats throughout the year, which builds the personal relationships that allow us multiply our power working remotely. That also means we hold ourselves to a high standard in how we treat each other (with respect, professionalism, and genuine care) to maintain an environment where colleagues feel safe and valued - that’s something we don’t compromise on.
  • Focused on Results. We are a fast-moving small team with big goals. We need team players that feel a sense of urgency to drive meaningful results for the business. We have clear company goals and a pathway to significant growth - and this role is integral to that journey.
  • Customer-first. Put yourself in the shoes of someone trying to buy our solution. We need a person who can empathize with our customers and help create strategies to continually improve the customer experience.
  • Adaptability. We’re still an early-stage start-up, and things change quickly. If you are energized by learning and discovering on-the-go, this will be an excellent fit for you. We are looking for open-minded candidates that adapt well to changing environments as our company grows and scales.

Why Tint?

Tint isn’t just focused on transforming the entire insurance industry - we have ambitious goals, value merit and open communication, celebrating diversity and unique ideas. At Tint, we support your personal and professional growth by offering the below benefits:

  • Flexible Working.  With team members working across time zones, we are outcome-focused and give our people the flexibility they need to do their best work.  To support flexible working, we’ll give you a stipend to get your home office dialed in and we’ll also reimburse you for co-working space memberships.
  • Flexible Time Off. It’s pretty simple: we don’t control the days and hours that each of us works, so we’re free to manage our time however we want to achieve the goals and deliverables we committed to. We have unlimited vacation time. Use it whenever you need to recharge!
  • Competitive Compensation. In addition to a competitive salary, you’ll receive equity as part of your offer.  We’re all owners - when Tint succeeds, we all succeed! We also help you maximize your money by offering an FSA and a 401(k).
  • Comprehensive Healthcare. Tint covers 100% of employee (and dependent!) premiums for medical, vision and dental.
  • Company Retreats to Exciting Locations. We meet in person as a company twice a year to make sure we have time to connect in real life and get to have those conversations that are better done in person. These retreats are a mix of business and fun and we always choose a cool, central-ish location - think Barcelona, Playa del Carmen, Mallorca… Add on a few days of your flexible time off and you’ve *almost* got a free vacation somewhere cool!

Location

This role is fully remote, however our ideal candidate is located in the US. Please note that at this time Tint is unable to support candidates who require employer visa sponsorship.

Pay Transparency

Base salary for this role is expected to be around $200,000, with additional milestone-based bonuses available in your first year tied to key program launch benchmarks (e.g., securing carrier capacity, completing product design, launching in market). Beginning in Year 2 (or once first-year milestones are achieved) compensation includes uncapped variable pay tied to program revenue, in addition to equity. Total compensation will reflect the seniority and impact of the individual hired.

Product Associate Product Manager at Tint

Associate Product Manager supports product operations by tracking data metrics, maintaining documentation as source of truth, QA'ing engineering work, and communicating changes to internal and partner teams.

We’re hiring a Associate Product Manager to support one of our largest and most operationally complex product programs. You’ll report to the Staff Product Manager who owns the program, and work day to day with a small pod of engineers plus ops, data, and partner-facing teammates.

This role sits at the operational core of the product. You’ll support the product and the projects moving through it on the operational side: watching the data behind it, tracking the issues that come in, QA’ing what engineering builds against its acceptance criteria, and keeping everyone, both internally and on the partner side, current on what changed and why.

This is a first product role. You don’t need to know our domain, our partners, or our stack, and we’re not expecting prior PM experience or a technical background. We’re looking for someone curious enough to dig, disciplined enough to close the loop, and unintimidated by unfamiliar systems. The rest we will teach you.

What you’ll do at Tint

  • Stay on top of the data. Track how the data the product runs on is behaving — volume, gaps, anomalies, and the issues that surface from it. You’ll be the person who notices when something looks off before anyone reports it, and who can say what changed and when.
  • Keep the written record true. The part of the job we care most about. Capture is automated notes, transcripts, and summaries generate themselves. Keeping the record correct is not. You’ll maintain one source of truth per thing, reconcile the doc against what was actually agreed in the thread, and keep internal and customer-facing changelogs current after every release, so that when someone asks “why does it work this way?”, the first place they look has the right answer.
  • Be the bridge to ops. Ops sees the product in the wild. You’ll be their first stop for bug reports and UI feedback — intaking it, reproducing it, sharpening it into something engineering can act on, and closing the loop back so ops knows what happened.
  • QA engineering work. Before anything ships, you’ll verify it does what the ticket said it would. That means understanding the acceptance criteria well enough to test against them, catching gaps between intent and implementation, and pushing back when the two don’t match.
  • Keep the board honest. Ticket hygiene and project maintenance: tickets written clearly, statuses accurate, stale work surfaced, nothing quietly rotting in a column. When something is blocked, you flag it to the staff PM early — not after it has already cost the sprint.
  • Investigate. Dig into logs, dashboards, and observability tooling (Datadog and similar) to answer “why is this happening?” You won’t be expected to diagnose every issue yourself, but you should be able to gather enough evidence that the engineer who picks it up starts three steps ahead.

What We’re Looking For

  • This is someone’s first product role. We don’t require a degree, a specific major, or prior PM experience — but we do want evidence you’ve worked somewhere with real stakes and standards, whether that’s a substantive internship, a first job where you owned something, or time in support, QA, ops, coordination, or analytics. We’d rather teach the craft to someone with the right instincts than hire for a rĂ©sumĂ©.
  • Curious, and knows when to stop. You pull the thread when something doesn’t add up, and you ask what something actually means rather than nodding along. Much of this work happens around people who’ve been here years and talk in shorthand — asking costs you nothing here, guessing wrong three weeks later costs everyone. The other half matters just as much: recognizing when you’ve hit the edge of what you can resolve alone, and escalating cleanly instead of disappearing into an investigation for two days.
  • Thinks in workflows, not screens. The expensive gaps are the ones nobody considered until QA: the state that only shows up on a renewal, the case where something gets cancelled halfway through, the step that quietly assumes someone else already did their part. You read a spec and trace the process end to end, then ask what happens when it doesn’t go that way. You’re also often the last person to see something before a user does, so you notice when a flow is confusing or an error message reads like it was written for an engineer rather than a customer - and you say so, even when the ticket technically passes.
  • Works out the how. You’ll be told what matters this week. You won’t be told what the item actually requires, who needs looping in, or what has to be true before it’s done. You work that out, come back with questions rather than a blank stare, and notice the thing that’s been sitting untouched for a week without anyone pointing at it. When the tooling doesn’t do what you need, you find another way to get the answer.
  • A creative problem solver. A lot of this work has no established playbook yet. When the tooling doesn’t do what you need, you find another way to get the answer.
  • Unintimidated by technical things. You don’t need to code or have a technical degree. You do need to be the kind of person who opens the dashboard, reads the spec, clicks into the log, and works out what it’s telling you - and then can talk to an engineer about what broke without getting lost.
  • Writes things down by default. Much of this job is written: tickets, changelogs, bug reports, escalations, call notes. Precise and brief beats thorough and vague. The instinct we’re hiring for treats a decision as unfinished until it’s documented somewhere the team can find it.
  • Someone people can count on. Most of this role is in service of other people — ops needs an answer, an engineer needs context, your PM needs to know where something stands. On a fully remote team that means giving a straight answer, saying so when you don’t know, and coming back when you said you would. The defining trait of a good PM early in their career is simply that things don’t get dropped.

Bonus Points For

  • Exposure to insurance — carrier, broker, MGA, claims, underwriting, policy admin, or an insurtech product or ops team. You don’t need to know the industry, but knowing what a policy, a premium, and a cancellation are will save you a few weeks
  • Hands-on time with an observability tool — Datadog
  • Experience in a QA or test role, formal or informal
  • Familiarity with issue trackers as an owner rather than a user — Linear, Jira, or similar
  • Exposure to insurance, fintech, marketplaces, or another regulated domain
  • Previous exposure to working with a  recurring data feed from an external system.

Why Tint?

Tint isn’t just focused on transforming the entire insurance industry - we have ambitious goals, value merit and open communication, celebrating diversity and unique ideas. At Tint, we support your personal and professional growth by offering the below benefits:

These retreats are a mix of business and fun and we always choose a cool, central-ish location - think Barcelona, Playa del Carmen, Mallorca… Add on a few days of your flexible time off and you’ve *almost* got a free vacation somewhere cool!

Location

This role is fully remote, however the ideal candidate will need to work in US time zones and be able to travel as often as 6 - 8 weeks for collaborative work opportunities.

Pay Transparency

It is Tint’s intent to pay all employees competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair and equitable. The goal of Tint’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage employees to stay with our organization.

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and equity. The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. Product Associate Product Manager at Tint

Associate Product Manager supports product operations by tracking data, maintaining documentation, QA-ing releases, and coordinating between engineering, ops, and partner teams.

  • Comprehensive Healthcare. Tint covers 100% of employee (and dependent!) premiums for medical, vision and dental.
  • Company Retreats to Exciting Locations. We meet in person as a company twice a year to make sure we have time to connect in real life and get to have those conversations that are better done in person. These retreats are a mix of business and fun and we always choose a cool, central-ish location - think Barcelona, Playa del Carmen, Mallorca… Add on a few days of your flexible time off and you’ve *almost* got a free vacation somewhere cool!

The expected hiring salary ranges for this role are set forth below.

  • Tier 1 (Bay Area, NYC, LA, Seattle) = $93,500 - $110,000
  • Tier 2 (Boston, Austin, Chicago, Denver, San Diego, DC) = $84,150 - $99,000
  • Tier 3 (Rest of the US) = $79,475 - $93,500

Product Digital Product Manager at Caraway Home

Owns e-commerce product experimentation roadmap and site optimization, managing cross-functional delivery from strategy through launch to drive conversion and revenue.

Mid Posted about 15 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Opportunity

Caraway’s Digital Product team is responsible for delivering a best-in-class e-commerce experience. We’re looking for a Digital Product Manager to own our onsite experimentation program and drive product improvements that increase conversion and generate incremental revenue, from identifying opportunities through testing and shipping improvements.

Reporting to the Director of Digital Product, you’ll shape the customer experience across product detail pages (PDPs), cart, checkout, homepage, landing pages, and PLPs. You’ll partner with Engineering, UX, Creative, Growth, Merchandising, Analytics, CX, and Product Marketing, combining clear product judgment with hands-on technical skills and disciplined measurement.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Prioritization

  • Translate product direction into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, success measures, and sequenced delivery plans.
  • Own the site experimentation roadmap, using funnel analysis, customer feedback, and behavioral insights to identify opportunities to improve conversion.
  • Manage Digital Product intake across stakeholder requests, bugs, launch needs, optimization ideas, technical debt, and roadmap opportunities.
  • Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, delivery follow-up, release readiness, and post-launch reviews for assigned workstreams.

Experimentation & Technical Execution

  • Partner with Engineering and Design to assess feasibility, sequence work, manage tradeoffs, and resolve delivery blockers.
  • Manage delivery from scoping through launch, balancing experiments with conversion-critical bugs and site improvements.
  • Own QA across variants, devices, responsive layouts, cart and checkout behavior, and tracking. Partner with Engineering on feasibility, performance, release readiness, and rollback plans.
  • Use HTML, CSS, and browser developer tools to inspect onsite experiences, troubleshoot issues, and make targeted changes within approved tools.
  • Turn results into decisions to ship, iterate, or stop; coordinate permanent implementation and post-launch validation, keeping partners aligned on tradeoffs and next steps.

Onsite Personalization & Segmentation

  • Own and expand onsite personalization and segmentation logic, including new versus returning visitors and traffic source.
  • Partner with Growth, Merchandising, Creative, and UX on audience-specific content and experiences, with clear targeting rules, exclusions, and fallback behavior.
  • Validate targeting and measure incremental impact through controlled testing where feasible.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Partner with Analytics and Growth to establish trusted metric definitions, tracking, funnels, and dashboards before launch.
  • Define sample size, test duration, success criteria, and guardrails for experiments. Apply sound statistical judgment and account for overlapping tests, promotions, and data-quality issues to prevent false positives.
  • Deliver a monthly readout connecting experiment outcomes to estimated incremental revenue, including assumptions, uncertainty, rollout status, and learnings.
  • Distinguish observed results from projected impact, avoid double-counting gains, and use post-launch performance to inform future product decisions.

What Success Looks Like

  • Customer insights and business priorities translate into a focused roadmap and clear product decisions.
  • Shipped improvements increase conversion while respecting AOV and RPV guardrails, with revenue impact measured and communicated.
  • Experiments and features launch with strong QA, reliable tracking, and clear ownership.
  • Results and learnings inform future work, including when to stop or change direction.

Who You Are

  • You have 3–5 years of relevant experience in product management, growth, or CRO, with demonstrated ownership of e-commerce experimentation and customer-facing product improvements.
  • You can walk through a feature you shipped: the customer problem, how you prioritized it, the tradeoffs you made, how you partnered with Design and Engineering, and what you learned from its performance after launch.
  • You have hands-on experience designing, launching, and analyzing A/B tests, including applying sample-size requirements, statistical uncertainty, and test-duration discipline to rollout decisions.
  • You can independently inspect and edit HTML/CSS, use browser developer tools, and troubleshoot responsive layouts and tracking issues. You know when a change requires Engineering support.
  • You can turn customer insights and funnel data into hypotheses, make and defend prioritization decisions, and write clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • You are comfortable working with commerce platforms, CMS tools, experimentation platforms, and analytics, and communicating results in terms of customer and business impact.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Shopify, Pack, Intelligems, or a comparable DTC commerce and experimentation stack.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, Shopify Liquid, headless commerce, APIs, or third-party integrations.
  • Experience with behavioral analytics, session recordings, customer research, or onsite personalization.
  • A background in growth marketing, with a strong understanding of the customer journey from paid ads through landing pages, onsite discovery, and purchase.
  • Experience using AI tools to support research, analysis, or workflow efficiency, with human validation of outputs.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $100,000 - 120,000. Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors determining the base pay at offer, including but not limited to: skills, qualifications, experience. This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.

Principal Product Manager leads end-to-end product strategy and execution for complex genomic profiling platforms, balancing commercial needs with technical delivery across engineering and clinical teams.

Product Associate Product Manager at Tint

Associate PM supports product operations by monitoring data, maintaining documentation accuracy, QA-ing builds, and communicating changes to internal and partner teams.

Junior Posted about 15 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

Product Digital Product Manager at Caraway Home

Owns e-commerce experimentation program and product roadmap, partnering across engineering, design, and analytics to drive conversion and revenue improvements through testing and shipping.
