  • Bring technical and business stakeholders together to define requirements, establish ways of working, connect teams, and resolve competing priorities or points of friction.
  • Write and quality-assure email and in-app outputs, and review AI-generated prompt outputs to ensure experiences are clear, useful, accurate, and aligned with the intended customer outcome.
  • Own experiment design by defining hypotheses, partnering with Analytics to establish treatment and control groups, determining measurement windows, and defining how success will be evaluated.
  • Analyze program performance and experiment results to identify insights, recommend improvements, and determine the strategy for future iterations.
  • Build the executive narrative around program strategy, performance, and learnings through readout decks, QBR materials, and senior leadership briefings.
  • Develop repeatable approaches, frameworks, and learnings that help scale effective digital customer experiences across the organization.

Marketing Vertical Marketing Manager, Home Services at CallRail

Owns go-to-market strategy and business performance for home services vertical, building personas, positioning, and messaging while partnering cross-functionally on execution.

Senior Posted about 15 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Position

CallRail is a lead engagement platform: we show businesses which marketing drives their calls, forms, and chats, and we help them answer, qualify, and route those leads around the clock. Home services is one of our largest and fastest-moving markets, and we’re looking for a Vertical Marketing Manager to own it. Think of the role as general manager for home services: you set the strategy, you own the number, and you’re the company’s go-to on this market.

You’ll build the home services personas, positioning, and messaging, verticalizing our go-to-market narrative for this audience. From there you’ll partner with demand generation, customer marketing, and content on how it comes to life, and work closely with sales, product, and leadership on what we build and say. Expect roughly equal parts strategy and execution.

Home services is not one market, though. A roofer, an HVAC contractor, a remodeler, and a landscaper run different businesses with different seasons, job values, and buying triggers. Building a real strategy for each priority subvertical, rather than one generic story, is where this role makes its biggest impact.

What You’ll Do

  • You act like an owner. Home services is your line of business. You know its performance, its risks, and its opportunities inside and out, and you carry the accountability that comes with it.
  • You bring an informed point of view. You represent home services in cross-functional and leadership conversations, and your perspective carries weight because it’s grounded in real expertise — what customers are telling you, what the data shows, what competitors are doing.
  • You advocate for what your market needs. You don’t wait for a door to open; you open it. When you see something we need in order to win in home services, you build the case for it, bring the rationale and the numbers, and champion it until it gets a real decision.
  • You go deep. You’re genuinely curious about this industry, its buyers, and the forces shaping it. You want to keep learning, testing, and refining what works.

What You’ll Own

Home services strategy and business performance

  • Own the go-to-market strategy for CallRail’s home services business, including which subverticals we prioritize, how we position and message to them, and the plan to hit our acquisition and revenue goals
  • Live in the numbers that define the health of the business: customers, new MRR, churn, ARPU, conversion rate, and product adoption. You’ll spot emerging trends and issues early, work cross-functionally to understand what’s driving them, and bring a plan when one is needed.
  • Report on performance to leadership with the insight and executive presence to explain what’s changing, what it means, and what you’re doing about it

Market and competitive expertise

  • Be CallRail’s subject matter expert on the home services market: the buyers, the workflows, the seasonal and operational realities, the vendor landscape, and the economics of how these businesses grow
  • Own the home services buyer personas and the value propositions, positioning, and messaging built on them — the work that differentiates CallRail in an increasingly crowded lead engagement and AI voice market
  • Track the competitive set continuously: who’s winning, who’s new, where they beat us, where we beat them, and what we should do about it. Feed that intelligence to product, sales, and leadership
  • Regularly surface the headwinds and tailwinds shaping the vertical and translate them into implications for our strategy
  • Validate market requirements through customer interviews, surveys, win/loss analysis, sales insight, and usage data
  • Be the face of CallRail in the home services market: trade shows, industry speaking engagements, webinars, panels, podcasts, etc.

Subvertical strategy and expansion

  • Decide which subverticals we invest in and in what order, with a clear view of market size, our current traction, and where we’re positioned to win
  • Build distinct strategies, positioning, and messaging for each priority subvertical.
  • Know the operational differences that shape how each subvertical buys
  • Build the subvertical-specific proof that makes the case credible — customer stories, benchmarks, and ROI framing that speak to that trade rather than to “home services” in general

Cross-functional leadership

  • Serve as the hub between sales, product marketing, customer marketing, demand generation, and product development, feeding market insight into each function and making sure everyone is marching in the same direction
  • Serve as the messaging authority for home services: consulting across marketing for campaign and content development
  • Pressure-test the work happening across teams against a simple bar: does it solve a real home services customer pain point, strengthen our competitive position, resonate with the segment we’re targeting, and drive measurable results?
  • Partner with product development teams as the voice of the home services customer, bringing market insight that shapes the roadmap
  • Enable sales and support: train them on the problems we solve for home services buyers, and work with sales enablement to build the internal tools and external collateral they need

What You’ll Need

  • BS/BA and 4–6 years of experience in a strategic marketing role, with direct experience in home services tech, the trades, field service software
  • A track record of owning a strategy end to end and being accountable for the results, not just executing someone else’s plan
  • Strong analytical instincts and genuine comfort with data — you can get to the story behind the metric and build a case around it
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and the confidence and presence to represent your point of view to senior leaders and to external audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional partners without formal authority
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where you’ll prioritize, make tradeoffs, and shift between strategic thinking and hands-on execution in the same day

If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.

Additional Perks

  • Healthcare (one option covered at 100% for employees), Dental & Vision Coverage
  • Competitive HSA with company matching
  • Paid parental leave
  • Flexible vacation policy
  • 401K options with company dollar-for-dollar match
  • Employee stock options available from day one
  • $2,000 annual educational allowance
  • Catered lunch every Tuesday * an in-office perk
  • MARTA transportation or office parking expenses covered
  • Employee charitable donation company match, up to $500 annually
  • Regular company outings and events
  • Hybrid work options with $500 office stipend to set up your home office
  • Designated bike storage

Marketing Vertical Marketing Manager, Automotive & Emerging SMB Verticals at CallRail

Develop go-to-market strategy and messaging for automotive and SMB verticals, own portfolio performance, and partner cross-functionally to drive growth and positioning.

Lead Posted about 15 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Position

CallRail is looking for a lead engagement platform: we show businesses which marketing drives their calls, forms, and chats, and we help them answer, qualify, and route those leads around the clock. We’re looking for a Vertical Marketing Manager to own a portfolio of our emerging markets, with automotive at the center. Think of the role as general manager for that portfolio: you set the strategy, you own the number, and you’re the company’s go-to on these markets.

You’ll build the personas, positioning, and messaging for these verticals, verticalizing our go-to-market narrative for each audience. From there you’ll partner with demand generation, customer marketing, and content on how it comes to life, and work closely with sales, product, and leadership on what we build and say. Expect roughly equal parts strategy and execution.

Automotive is the priority. It’s one of our fastest-growing segments, and the aftermarket — repair and service businesses, tire and quick-service shops, collision centers, and the parts suppliers and retailers who serve them — is where you’ll go deepest. Alongside it, you’ll own a portfolio of our emerging small business verticals. They sit at different stages and require different levels of investment, and determining where to focus is a core part of the role. What connects them is the customer: small businesses that win or lose on the leads they capture.

What You’ll Do

  • You act like an owner. These markets are your line of business. You know their performance, their risks, and their opportunities inside and out, and you carry the accountability that comes with it.
  • You bring an informed point of view. You represent home services in cross-functional and leadership conversations, and your perspective carries weight because it’s grounded in real expertise — what customers are telling you, what the data shows, what competitors are doing.
  • You advocate for what your markets need. You don’t wait for a door to open; you open it. When you see something we need in order to win, you build the case for it, bring the rationale and the numbers, and champion it until it gets a real decision.
  • You go deep. You’re genuinely curious about this industry, its buyers, and the forces shaping it. You want to keep learning, testing, and refining what works.

What You’ll Own

Portfolio strategy and business performance

  • Own the go-to-market strategy across your automotive & other SMB verticals: how we position and message to each audience, and the plan to hit our acquisition and revenue goals
  • Decide where your time and our investment go. These markets won’t all need the same thing, and setting that balance — then making the case for it — is yours to own
  • Live in the numbers that define the health of the business: customers, new MRR, churn, ARPU, conversion rate, and product adoption. You’ll spot emerging trends and issues early, work cross-functionally to understand what’s driving them, and bring a plan when one is needed.
  • Report on performance to leadership with the insight and executive presence to explain what’s changing, what it means, and what you’re doing about it

Automotive market and competitive expertise

  • Be CallRail’s subject matter expert on the automotive aftermarket: the buyers, the workflows, the operational realities, the vendor landscape, and the economics of how these businesses grow
  • Own the automotive buyer personas and the value propositions, positioning, and messaging built on them — the work that differentiates CallRail in an increasingly crowded lead engagement and AI voice market
  • Build the proof that makes our case credible: customer stories, benchmarks, and ROI framing grounded in how these businesses actually operate
  • Track the competitive set continuously: who’s winning, who’s new, where they beat us, where we beat them, and what we should do about it. Feed that intelligence to product, sales, and leadership
  • Regularly surface the headwinds and tailwinds shaping the market and translate them into implications for our strategy
  • Validate market requirements through customer interviews, surveys, win/loss analysis, sales insight, and usage data
  • Be the face of CallRail in the automotive market: trade shows, industry speaking engagements, webinars, panels, podcasts, etc.

Your broader vertical portfolio

  • Own the positioning and messaging for the other emerging small business verticals, scaling the depth to the opportunity.
  • Keep a live read on each: where we’re winning, where we’re losing, and which ones are showing early signs of becoming a bigger bet
  • Size and pressure-test opportunities, in these markets and in ones we haven’t entered: how big, how winnable, what it would take, and what we would have to be right about
  • Bring recommendations with a clear case for investing or passing. Knowing which markets to walk away from matters as much as knowing which to chase
  • Run early, lightweight tests where the signal looks promising — positioning, messaging, and proof — and build a repeatable approach the team can use the next time we look at a new vertical

Cross-functional leadership

  • Serve as the hub between sales, product marketing, customer marketing, demand generation, and product development, feeding market insight into each function and making sure everyone is marching in the same direction
  • Serve as the messaging authority for your verticals: consulting across marketing for campaign and content development
  • Pressure-test the work happening across teams against a simple bar: does it solve a real customer pain point, strengthen our competitive position, resonate with the segment we’re targeting, and drive measurable results?
  • Partner with product development teams as the voice of your customers, bringing market insight that shapes the roadmap
  • Enable sales and support: train them on the problems we solve for these buyers, and work with sales enablement to build the internal tools and external collateral they need

What You’ll Need

  • BS/BA and 4–6 years of experience in a strategic marketing role focused on small business buyers, including direct experience marketing to automotive businesses
  • A track record of owning a strategy end to end and being accountable for the results, not just executing someone else’s plan
  • Experience entering or evaluating a new market: sizing the opportunity, building the case, and standing up positioning where none existed

Marketing Paid Media Creative Specialist (PH) at Moxie

Creates static and video paid social ads for Meta platforms, optimizes creative performance metrics, and builds AI-augmented workflows to scale content production.

Mid Remote Posted about 15 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

At Moxie, we empower ambitious aesthetic entrepreneurs to build profitable, independent practices—without burnout, overwhelm, or guesswork. In just a few years, we’ve grown from an idea to a global, remote-first team now supporting 700+ practices nationwide.

Our purpose is simple: to unlock sustainable success for aesthetic entrepreneurs, at every stage of their journey.

PH - Paid Media Creative Specialist

We’re looking for a PH - Marketing Creative Specialist to own the creative outcomes for paid social campaigns — concepts, iterations, and final static and video deliverables — directly driving the metrics (CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop/hold rate, cost per result) that determine campaign performance, while also making ads that are beautiful and delight our clients.

You’ll also be stepping into building and owning AI-augmented creative workflows — using AI as leverage to increase the volume and quality of what you ship, without letting it replace your own trend instincts and creative judgment.

We’re looking for a creative who loves Meta - who lives and breathes Instagram. And who is obsessed with what makes content convert - both organically and in paid ads. You’ll get the autonomy and creative freedom to make amazing designs - and the responsibility for how those perform, and more importantly, using how they perform to improve what we make next. Done well, you’ll help us build creative capability that not just delights our clients, but delivers on ROI and growth.

Our objectives for the role

  • Ship creatives that delight our practices: creatives that highlight what’s best about their practices, results, and branding – and that they’re so excited about that they regularly ask us if they can post our ads as organic content on their feeds, too.

  • Own creative performance (CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop/hold rate, cost per result) across your designs – and turn patterns of performance into meaningful insights and repeatable elements or frameworks that get actioned in feedback loops into your work and the broader team.

  • Spot trends and micro-trends and translate them into on-brand, executable static and video creatives – that appeal to the right audiences and pain points for a given campaign.

  • Demonstrate command of production tools, specs, file setup, and platform requirements across Meta placements, and become a go-to resource on specs and complex production issues (compression, accessibility, delivery).

  • Contribute to AI-driven creative workflows and frameworks — for concepting, production, or testing — that get adopted across the broader creative team.

  • Scale a creative process or workflow into standard team practice, and act as a subject-matter expert whose creative-performance patterns guide the rest of the team.

We’re looking for:

  • Top Tier Aesthetic Taste — you know the exact layouts, fonts, music, and styling that will make creative pop. You can design for multiple aesthetics and never ship a boring or basic creative.

  • Creative ownership and execution — you can spot a trend, shape the concept, write the direction, and personally ship the work across both static and video, within provided frameworks, not just execute someone else’s brief. This includes writing the copy and executing the design work, on-brand, and owning its performance in the ad platforms.

  • Performance fluency — you’re fluent in performance creative and think in terms of the metrics that matter: CTR, hook rate, cost per result, and ultimately, ROI.

  • Turn Patterns into Systems — you see the hook that performs in every video ad you ship as a repeatable element you should mix into every new video we script, and that one red button that always makes a graphic’s cost per lead lower as your ace in your back pocket for accounts whose creative just doesn’t hit. And you’re ready to take this skill further into templates that de-risk creative performance, using insights from across a portfolio of brands running similar ads.

  • Production mastery — deep command of specs, file setup,editing/creating tools (including AI augmentation), and platform requirements, with the ability to independently resolve production issues that stump others.

  • Trend fluency — you already think like a trend-setter; spotting what’s next is a skill you own, not something you outsource to an algorithm.

  • Productive use of AI — you build and own AI-augmented workflows, using AI as leverage rather than a crutch or a replacement for your judgment. Ads and creatives that are obviously AI give you the ick - and you would never give us a final product that looks like Claude, or Chat, or some other AI tool’s basic output - even though you probably did use them to help you execute it.

Why Join us?

  • Above all, we’re in this to empower small business owners to own and grow their businesses. If you succeed, MedSpas will remain the opportunity for independent owner-operators instead of being dominated by a small number of large chains. If that speaks to you, speak to us.

  • This role is built for a creative who wants real ownership — not just execution against someone else’s brief, but the ability to spot a trend, shape the concept, write the direction, and personally ship the work, across both static and video.

  • It’s a high-autonomy, high-trust role with a clear growth path toward creative leadership, working at the frontier of AI-augmented creative production without being replaced by it.

  • Competitive salary

At Moxie, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, trusted, and included. Our team lives by our values: act as owners, give more than we take, move with speed and care, and simplify and learn every day.

We welcome people of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to apply. If you require any accommodations to fully participate in the interview process, please let us know, we’re happy to assist.

  • Manage award submissions, from tracking deadlines through writing and final submission.

  • Draft and publish social content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Write and edit blog articles, case studies, and website copy.
  • Support PR efforts, including media materials, press releases, talking points, and coordination with external PR partners.
  • Support speaking opportunities: proposals, session descriptions, and speaker prep materials.

  • Hands-on HubSpot experience for email marketing, newsletters, and campaign execution.
  • Experience managing an editorial calendar and producing content across multiple channels.
  • Experience supporting PR, awards submissions, or executive thought leadership.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders independently.
  • Practical experience using generative AI tools in a professional communications environment, with sound judgment around confidentiality and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot Marketing Software certification.
  • Experience in an agency, B2B, or professional services environment.
  • Experience coordinating with an external PR agency.
  • Familiarity with SEO and AI-driven content discovery practices.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Confluence or JIRA.

Marketing Vertical Marketing Manager, Home Services at CallRail

Owns go-to-market strategy and business performance for a home services vertical, building personas, positioning, and messaging while partnering across demand generation, sales, and product teams.

Owns go-to-market strategy and business performance for automotive and emerging SMB verticals, building positioning, messaging, and demand generation initiatives.

Founded by former National Security Agency (NSA) cyber operations experts who applied their learnings to bring national security-grade technology solutions to commercial customers around the world, Blackpoint Cyber is in hyper-growth mode,  fueled by a recent $190m series C round.

The Social Media & Community Lead will grow Blackpoint Cyber’s voice across social platforms and build community among the MSPs, IT and security professionals, and partners who make up our audience. You’ll own the social strategy and day-to-day content calendar for channels like LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and YouTube - writing copy and creating videos and creative posts that make cybersecurity approachable.

You’ll be the front line for how our community experiences the Blackpoint brand online, from comments and DMs to real-time engagement at industry events. You’ll also own Blackpoint’s social advocacy tool and employee advocacy onboarding, using gamification to keep employees engaged and posting, partnering closely with the People team on employee-facing content.

You’ll develop a deep partnership with the head of partner/customer marketing and sales to mine MSP partner stories for social, and collaborate with Blackpoint’s head of events and field marketing to build social strategies around each event.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow Blackpoint Cyber’s social channels (LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and YouTube as applicable), posting a minimum of 5x per week

  • Craft, schedule, and publish original content - including short-form video and creative images — keeping tone and voice consistent across every channel

  • Partner with the Senior Copywriter, events, demand, product, and campaigns teams to plan a content calendar, including real-time or reactive content around emerging news and events

  • Conduct regular social listening to track brand, product, and competitor activity, and engage daily on LinkedIn commentary and tags

  • Build and moderate Blackpoint’s Reddit community, including growing Reddit karma, in coordination with partner marketing

  • Manage internal stakeholder requests for social content and coordinate with creative as needed

  • Track, analyze, and report on social performance monthly, quarterly, and yearly, turning data into clear recommendations

  • Manage social media crisis communications and response strategy as needed

  • Stay current on platform trends and emerging formats, applying AI tools for ideation, drafting, and workflow efficiency

  • Advise internal teams — and partners where relevant — on social presence and profile-building best practices

What You Bring

  • 8–10 years managing social media as your primary role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write short, clever, on-brand copy under deadline

  • Experience building social media programs using best practices and modern tools

  • Strong organizational skills — comfortable owning a content calendar, asset library, and multiple concurrent campaigns

  • Working knowledge of social SEO fundamentals and copywriting best practices

  • Experience with social listening and social advocacy platforms

  • Comfort using AI tools for ideation, drafting, and day-to-day content workflows

  • Ability to lead cross-functionally, helping other teams understand the value of social

  • Genuine curiosity about trending cybersecurity and MSP topics

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to industry events and conferences
